HCP offers an in-house full design and manufacture process. This means we manage all aspects of the process from inception to product completion and
this allows for consistency and quality, uniformity and timeliness. This means increased customer satisfaction in terms of response time, budget and
quality products.

We have a qualified industrial designer on site who designs both the products and the moulds. Being on site is a distinct advantage in terms of having a hands-on approach and overseeing the entire operation to completion. The manufacturing team has years of experience in making and refining moulds and handling the medium of concrete and steel. As a result, HCP is able to manage a project from design to delivery.

We offer a streamline manufacturing process from cutting, bending and tying our own steel reinforcing, through mould set up, pouring concrete and finishing. Each step is performed with quality assurance at the forefront and products completed to correct specification. We often have to apply new techniques to custom work which can be easily adapted.

We manage our jobs with strict time frames. This is to ensure that we keep to our quoted time frames and deliver when the product is needed. We often facilitate the delivery of products to site via a hiab or truck and crane. Each step of the process is controlled ensuring quality and speed.
